A complete new website, we could not have started the new year in a better way. An important addition to this new site is our blog. We try regularly, with each new article, to give you a peek in the kitchen at Palac Jugowice. Today we kick off with the first article. Here in we want to give an answer to the frequently asked questions.

Q. Can I view my reservation after I have booked?
A. No, unfortunately you cannot view this. However, should you wish to know more you can always send us an e-mail or get in touch with us by telephone. We gladly help you with any eventual questions.

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. You can check into Hotel Palac Jugowice from 15:00. Check out is possible till 11:00. Early check in and late check out are both possible after consultation but only if the suite is available.

Q. Is smoking allowed on the terrain of the hotel? And in the suites?
A. Outside, on the terrace and in the garden is smoking allowed. Further is the whole building non-smoking. Therefore, smoking is not allowed in the social areas or in the suites. Smoking in the suites or turning off the smoke detector is a fine of 500 zł (€ 119,-).

Q. What are the conditions for cancellation?
A. You can cancel without charge 48 hours before your proposed arrival at Hotel Palac Jugowice. If a stay is cancelled later or if there is a situation of no-show, we charge completely for the first night. When you have not yet paid, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the amount.

Q. Is it possible to park a car at Palac Jugowice?
A. It is possible to park your car on the parking lot next to the hotel. This is completely free of charge for visitors to the hotel, the restaurant and the spa.

Q. Is there a fridge, a crib or a mobile bed present in the suites?
A. All the suites have a minibar available. In these minibars, by the way, is it not possible to preserve food, or the like. There are two travel cots (cribs) available, these you can reserve in advance and are free of charge. If there are no cribs available then we are forced to place an extra bed in the accommodation. The cost for this is 130 zł (€ 31,-).

Q. I have booked through another agency than your website. How can I amend my reservation?
A. In the first instance we advise you to contact the organisation through which you have made the booking. Should there be special questions and or wishes, then you can make contact with us by filling in the contact form or by phoning us at +48 748 446 394.

Q. What is the minimum age to be able to make a booking at Palac Jugowice?
A. The minimum age to book a stay is 18 years old (adult according to Polish law). Children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or a parent. When checking in you may be asked to provide an identity document. You must at all times be able to provide this.

Q. Are the suites accessible for the disabled?
A. We have different suites which have been adapted for the disabled. Should you wish to use such an accommodation, then you can mention this when you book your stay. All the other public toilets in the hotel have been adapted for the disabled.

Q. Has Palac Jugowice a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport in Wroclaw and vice versa?
A. There is a possibility to let yourself be collected, or to let yourself be brought to the airport at Wroclaw by the Palac Jugowice shuttle service. We charge 210 zł (€ 50,-) per car (4 persons) for a single journey. You fill in the contact form on our website if you wish to make use of this service. We advise you to make it known, a minimum of week before your arrival, if you want to make use of this service.

Q. Is internet available in the rooms and in the rest of the hotel?
A. In the whole of the building is WiFi present. This is completely free to use. Upon arrival, upon delivery of your key card, you receive the code.

Q. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
A. Pets are allowed. You must in advance inform us that you are taking a pet to Hotel Palac Jugowice. The charge for bringing a pet is 50 zł (€ 12,-).

Q. We expect to arrive before the stipulated in check time. What happens?
A. No problem. You can place your luggage in a store room which is intended for this purpose and then you are free to use our facilities. Thus are you able to make use of the Spa & Wellness centre, or discover our versatile kitchen of the restaurant.

Q. I want to have flowers, chocolate, champagne, presents or another sort of surprise placed in the room. How can I do this?
A. Get in touch with our reception through +48 748 446 394 or fill in our contact form. Then we will take care that the requested surprise is in the suite.

Q. Is there room service available?
A. You can make use of our room service. You can choose from a bottle of wine or champagne. But also soup, chicken salad and French bread. We prepare this for you and bring it to you suite.

Q. What are the opening hours of Restaurant Palac Jugowice?
A. The restaurant is opened from 07:00 till 22:00. More information about the different meal times are to be found at the general information of the restaurant. After the restaurant is closed you can really enjoy yourself in our wine bar.

Q. What are the opening hours of the Palac Jugowice Luxury Spa?
A. The Spa-& Wellness centre is form Monday up to and including Thursday open from 12:00 till 21:00. From Friday up to and including Sunday is the spa opened from 11:00 till 22:00. For more information you can visit our special page for Palac Jugowice Luxury Spa.

Q. Are there possibilities to hold a business conference in the hotel?
A. Yes, indeed there are. You can find more information on our special page about business stay.

Q. Is it possible to organise feasts and parties in Palac Jugowice?

Q. Are there nice activities in the vicinity of the hotel?
A. In the direct surroundings of the hotel there are a number of nice sights. Especially for you we have made an overview with popular tourist attractions.

Q. Can I drink the tap water in the hotel?
A. In principle you can just drink the tap water in Hotel Palac Jugowice. However, we advise you not to do this, it is advisable to boil the water first before you drink it.
